Totally Underwear are committed to ensuring your order is delivered on time and within the timescales outlined below. We use Royal Mail Recorded delivery for all posted items as well as Special Delivery where chosen. In the event of a larger order, we may use a courier service such as TNT or DHL.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed between 12:00pm Friday and 12:00pm Tuesday are posted on Tuesday afternoon. All other orders are posted on Friday afternoon. This INCLUDES Special Delivery. Delivery Time are estimates only, and are from the postage date, not order date.

Discreet Packaging. We value your privacy, that’s why all items are sent plain packaging with only your name and address on the label. Our return labels on the back simply state TU with a return address.

What to do if your item hasn’t arrived in the time you’d hoped. First of all, don’t panic! Our timescales above are guidelines only, and parcels may take longer than the Royal Mail guidance to arrive. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of shipment (you’ll receive an email from us to confirm shipment), please contact us and we can assist with tracking.

What to do if you were out when the delivery was attempted. In most cases, either your postman or courier will leave a note with full instructions on how, where and when to collect your package or how to arrange re-delivery. If you package has not arrived in five working days and you have not received a note, we would advise you to contact your local sorting office / post office to see if the item has been returned there awaiting collection.
