Loyalty Points

Totally Underwear like to reward our customer for buying from us, and our Loyalty Points reward programme is our way of saying "thank you" for shopping with us.

Any time you buy any product from our site, we'll give you loyalty points to use on future purchases. 

For every £1 you spend with Totally Underwear, you will collect 1 point. 1 point is the equivalent of £0.05. Therefore, if you spend £19.99 with us, you will receive 19 loyalty points, or £0.95 off your next order.

Your points are collected in your account and added immediately after order completion.

On your next purchase, you will be given the option to use your loyalty points - of course, you don't have to, the choice is yours, as all loyalty points are valid for 6 months after your order has been completed.

Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions

Our loyalty points have no monetary value and cannot be used for any other purpose than redeeming against Totally Underwear products. Loyalty points are non transferable to another account and cannot be refunded for their equivalent cash value. 

We may from time to time adjust your Loyalty Points upwards or downwards in respect to accounting errors, multiple accounts, refunds issued, products returned or suspected fraud, for which we have full authority.
